2. Delivery Areas and Zones

We currently serve customers across Hyderabad and surrounding areas. Our delivery zones are strategically planned to ensure the freshest products reach you at the optimal time.

Zone 1 - Central Hyderabad

Areas: Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Hitech City, Gachibowli, Kukatpally

Delivery Time: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Delivery Charge: Free for orders above ₹300

Zone 2 - Extended Hyderabad

Areas: Kompally, Nizampet, Miyapur, Manikonda, Shamshabad

Delivery Time: 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Delivery Charge: Free for orders above ₹500

Zone 3 - Suburban Areas

Areas: Outer Ring Road areas, Medchal, Shamirpet, Patancheru

Delivery Time: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Delivery Charge: ₹30 (Free for orders above ₹750)

3. Delivery Scheduling

3.1 Available Time Slots

Choose from the following delivery time slots based on your location:

6:00 AM - 8:00 AM 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

3.2 Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 10:00 PM can be scheduled for next-day delivery. For same-day delivery (where available), orders must be placed before 6:00 AM.

3.3 Subscription Deliveries

Subscription customers can set their preferred delivery time and frequency. You can modify your delivery schedule up to 24 hours before the next delivery.

Important: Due to the perishable nature of fresh product, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during your selected time slot.

  • Vehicles and equipment are sanitized daily
  • Contactless delivery options available

Critical Safety Note: Please boil raw product within 30 minutes of delivery since it is completely unprocessed. This ensures safety and maintains nutritional benefits.
